• Lessons may be rescheduled if notified 6 hours in advance without charge. Requests to change the lesson time made within the 6 hour limit will not be granted and the lesson will be charged at normal rate.
• Caroline’s English Lessons will generally communicate with students through email. Students are responsible for checking their email, logging onto the lesson platforms and communicating with the instructor.
